The thing is, without a doubt, an undead kriegsmaschine, probably code named KriegSturm PanzerZombie Soldat or something like that, with the word "Hell" somewhere.
It was certainly built by the Axis of the Evil Reich mad science & dark magic ProjeKt Y.A.R (Yet Another Ragnarok), using blueprints from the Necronomicon.
