Well we didn't fund in less than half an hour...
Looking for a potion or two or a dozen?
I've got 36 here for you ~
A #ttrpg itch io bundle is being assembled to benefit Black Love Resists in Rust, a Buffalo based organization, and is looking for submissions. Instructions are in this tweet:
Still working through stuff, mostly by reading a pile of random things (also put up two bookshelves that tower over my runty carcass and rearranged my book supply).
Still want to write swords if I get the ol mental well topped off.
I also have a weird inkling to put some smidgen of words on hirelings/followers/retainers, or crafting, or running a [trade/place/castle] into Wandering Jewel Moons/Lost Emblem Saga, which feels daft because of how eenie weenie they are, but ...
A charity bundles raising money for reproductive rights with a LOT of God looking RPGs. Looks to be much more my speed as well, less weird freeform stuff and more traditional RPGs
Right now dealing with A Lot Of Things I Would Rather Not Deal With also involves working on acquiring some picture books from back in the day.
Also and tangentially related: certain parts of the universe can just deal with the fact that I legit like paladins/knights/cavaliers/so forth. Feh.
Still tired. Still emptybrain. Still hoping to write swords or at least something, eventually.
The "RPGs for Reproductive Rights" bundle is live on DTRPG!
This small fortress off the coast of Shu-Qune was once home to the rebellious Baron Sel'Qune - but today is the exile home of the Warlock Without Voice and their immediate companions.
Scrolling GIF. NES displayable graphics. While the top (with the moon) is a scroll-split, a few of the lowest stars are sprites to make it seem as if the two strips of background are overlapping. (There are no background layers on the NES. This is one way to overcome that. )
So, earlier this evening, my 4 y/o son and I were in our back yard when he happened upon a large mushroom. I cautioned him not to touch it, but he did get down at eye level and said hello to it. Definitely my kid.
Using this to pass on to new friends here another free #TTRPG of mine... SHROOM GOONS. Tiny myconids on big adventures!
Do you remember how long it took you to learn to write when you were in school, and what that involved? Copying letters over and over and over while your hand and fingers strengthened and got used to the movements?
Drawing/painting/other-forms-of-crafting are no different. You're learning a new skill; give yourself space to grow and be patient while you learn. You might be bad at first but that's fine, you're allowed to be. Keep going. Practice is part of the process. 💪
Little steps towards clearing out the cruft in the bookroom ...
- first batch of storage boxes acquired
- moving books/etc that belong on the shelves that are staying back onto said shelves, where possible
- other random placed objects get moved to more sensible parts of apt
Need room to move before I can attack that terrible overloaded stand ...
Can't yeet hoard of packing boxes/cardboard til flatmate gets up and claims needed box(es) for parcel ...
REALITY.SYS corrupt. reboot Universe? [Y/N/Q]
tinkering with ttrpg things. mostly oldschool(-ish). lurk a lot. I like shiny things and random tables and setting bits.
