What game is next on your list?

It’s the weekly game night for me tonight. I hope I can get Hamlet to the table. Is there any game you haven’t played yet, but really want to play? Can be a game you own or one that’s on your wish list.

re: What game is next on your list?

I'm pleased to say that I got to play Hamlet last night. There were a couple of things about it I didn't like, but other than that it's a pleasant medium-weight game. Need to play it a few more times before I can review it.

re: What game is next on your list?

@tabletopgamesblog I want to play Heat: Pedal to the Metal but I don't own it (yet). I've bought a few games this month so I might have to wait until Christmas now.

re: What game is next on your list?

@rorymuldoon Not heard of that one. I hope you can get a chance to play it after Christmas.

re: What game is next on your list?

@tabletopgamesblog It's a sequel of sorts to Flamme Rouge, which is a game I enjoy a lot.

re: What game is next on your list?

@rorymuldoon @tabletopgamesblog I'm interested to see if it dethrones either Flamme Rouge or Downforce in terms of enjoyment or decisions. I need to find someone with a copy locally...

re: What game is next on your list?

@tabletopgamesblog I really want to play Flamecraft a second time, then also get Wingspan Asia to the table!

re: What game is next on your list?

@EuroGamerGirl Flamecraft looks really cool. I hope you get a chance to play it.

re: What game is next on your list?

@EuroGamerGirl

I want to get the Wingspan Nesting Box just because I feel like Wingspan should occupy more space in my home!
@tabletopgamesblog

re: What game is next on your list?

@keithjones @EuroGamerGirl @tabletopgamesblog Received my Nesting Box today and its a big one. It takes more space than the 4 Wingspan boxes combined.

re: What game is next on your list?

@marinou @keithjones @tabletopgamesblog yeah, it's quite a big box! But it's supposedly future proof. There are dividers for expansions that don't exist yet.

re: What game is next on your list?

@EuroGamerGirl @keithjones @tabletopgamesblog Yes, that’s true. One of the best gaming investments I made.

re: What game is next on your list?

@tabletopgamesblog Hoping to play 18Scan or 1882 later this week along with Urbino, Fendo & Lass Die Kirche im Dorf! with out of town friends visiting Pittsburgh for work.

re: What game is next on your list?

@pgh_gamer Wow! That’s quite a list. 18xx games are a genre I’m yet to get into.

What game is next on your list?

@tabletopgamesblog Die Macher or Indonesia --- both games I've wanted to play for a while about haven't gotten a chance to.

What game is next on your list?

@alyssagambone Yes, Die Macher is also still on my list, but I think I have to work my way up to it.

What game is next on your list?

@alyssagambone @tabletopgamesblog Indonesia has a permanent place on our shelves (and I vote to make the effort there), Die Macher was an interesting experience but we didn't need to keep it. Both are quirky in their mechanical implementation, and they ask different things of players, but one overstayed it's welcome on the table for what it set out to achieve.
Both are worth playing once or twice, that's more than I can say about some large games. Ymmv

What game is next on your list?

@alyssagambone @tabletopgamesblog Indonesia is the only turn based game I've seen play *faster* as you add players. It's a quirk related to how the game clock is managed through available companies. It's also quite playable across the entire player count, but the experience differs at each. The downside is Indonesia obscures what you should think about in overarching strategy. It's also marred by component issues that most fix on their own or live with

What game is next on your list?

@tabletopgamesblog I’ve got Tiny Towns and Guild of the Merchant Explorers to discover from this batch!

re: What game is next on your list?

@tabletopgamesblog pile of review copies and Millennium Blades.

re: What game is next on your list?

@TheGiantBrain I know the feeling about reviews. I hope you get a chance to play Millenium Blades soon.

re: What game is next on your list?

@tabletopgamesblog it's such a weird sounding game.

What game is next on your list?

@tabletopgamesblog Quo Vadis is the goal. I have an old copy I got this summer. I suspect that's next week though.

This week is another play of 9 Lives (the English edition of Catty) and I think someone is bringing Hallertau tonight. Tomorrow is another game of A Study in Emerald to see if we keep it or not (already ditched the 2nd Ed).

What game is next on your list?

@gpage I hope you get to play them all. What is Quo Vadis about?

What game is next on your list?

@tabletopgamesblog Quo Vadis is Knizia's simplistic take on negotiation. It's being redone next year IIRC, but my game group is tolerant of ugly/old games so I picked up a used copy over the summer.

What game is next on your list?

@tabletopgamesblog playing Root tonight, waiting to get Knizias LotR to the table

What game is next on your list?

@PhilGross Root is a lot of fun. I love that game.

What game is next on your list?

@tabletopgamesblog have Dinosaur World queued up to play tonight, and hoping to work my way towards ISS Vanguard in the near future!

What game is next on your list?

@ofdiceandmen I hope you get Dinosaur World played. I heard a lot of good things about IIS.

What game is next on your list?

@tabletopgamesblog Just received a secondhand copy of Destinies, excited to try it. And I’ll be receiving my Everdell big box one of these days so I’ll definitely try the new solo for that one.

re: What game is next on your list?

@inthenapoftime I don't think I know Destinies. What is it about?

re: What game is next on your list?

@tabletopgamesblog I was supposed to play Dog Park on the weekend just gone. Hoping for this coming weekend now.

re: What game is next on your list?

@BoardGameGran I hope you get it to the table this weekend.

re: What game is next on your list?

@tabletopgamesblog still waiting on Amsterdam and Hamburg by Stefan Feld. Once we receive them, we will be all over them.
I would not mind finding Similo "board games". Weather Machine and Innovations by Vital Lacerda. And Unconscious Mind is top of my interest list.

re: What game is next on your list?

@ChrissyPeske That's an interesting list. I hope you get the games to the table soon.

re: What game is next on your list?

@tabletopgamesblog safer to assume that today we will play Everdell and probably Prehistories and New York Zoo 😁

re: What game is next on your list?

@ChrissyPeske Another vote for Everdell. 🙂👍

What game is next on your list?

@tabletopgamesblog We got Verdant and Cascadia from the recent kickstarter and have to try them!

Also have played Isle of Cats Explore and Draw once and liked it a lot; looking forward to playing that again, too!

re: What game is next on your list?

@keithjones Nice. Verdant and Cascadia both look interesting.

What game is next on your list?

@tabletopgamesblog Really, really want to table Oath soon.

re: What game is next on your list?

@oz Oath is amazing, if you ask me. It's a bit odd and takes a while to learn, but it's definitely worth the investment of time and effort. It's... well, you can read my review, if you want: tabletopgamesblog.com/2021/11/

re: What game is next on your list?

@tabletopgamesblog Owned: Bullet♥. I've bought it but haven't managed to play with others yet, just a couple of solo test runs.

Not owned: Mind MGMT. I'm a sucker for hidden movement and this looks like best practices all around, am dying to try it.

re: What game is next on your list?

@pedromr I hope you get to play them both soon.
