π hi everybody. Thanks for letting me join you on tabletop.social.
I've been playing TT games for most of my life. I enjoy a mix of RPGs and tactical games often with a futuristic bent.
Right now I run a small Eclipse Phase game via Roll20 and I'm about to try Aristeia! with my partner. That may turn into me building custom arenas and mixing in my electronics hobbies.
Look forward to reading your stories and sharing some adventures here.
since there is a sale of traveller stuff on dtrpg for the next few days, could anyone recommend adventures worthwhile reading, especially of the newer mongoose stuff?
Could anyone recommend books/PDFs about the #planescape #dnd setting?
I'm interested mainly in lore and art.
Now that I've done another spaceship I guess I can see my progress - 2018 vs 2021
The Replay Foundation, my employer, announced their liquidation today. This means no more Pinburgh. It also means I'm Officially out of a job for the forseeable, so if y'all wouldn't mind boosting a link to my other source of income Improbable Island, that'd be just super.

It's a silly online game and it doesn't pay as much as fixing pinball machines but heck it's what I've got right now, and this winter's probably gonna be a hairy one.
In the lest few days I made a retro cyberpunk spread for an #rpg zine as a part of fkr (a style of tabletop rpg play) collective. Available for free here: https://inplay.itch.io/1
It made me want to work a bit more on HEAVY WIZARDRY (my cyberpunk hacker rpg), because I enjoy messing with layout (and had to hold back a bit for the zine), but I am not sure if I am in the right mindset again to work on a game about rage against the system.
Interesting ideas and cool outcomes https://dev.to/lazerwalker/using-game-design-to-make-virtual-events-more-social-24o
Last night the group finished up Chain Reaction by A.W. Daberton. That was our first non nano op EP Second Edition run and it was a lot of fun. We had been using Transhumanity's Fate prior to 2nd ed and I really like the pool/token system being there along with the crunch that was missing from TF.
Next up is Dance with the Devil, but we are going to do a downtime game first to allow respec, character dev etc.
Any EP downtime suggestions?
