Joke: Tell your players in the very beginning of the first session
"Oh, I forgot to mention: all in-character conversation is going to be held in , so I hope you all brought your vortarojn."

Here is a sketch of a papermill I made from a bar across the river in Georgetown.

Toxic masculinity. Does that mean all masculinity is bad? No! Not at all.

This comic explains it fairly well. The term Toxic Masculinity is from Social Sciences, to help explain certain problems in the current image of Masculinity, which hurts both men and women.

From the 1879 GM's Guide (, the Grinning Monkey Orchid. Venus flytraps capture insects by snapping shut. The orchid captures bits of anything that brushes against it because the edges of the petals are razor sharp. This monkey bites. This flower can take your finger off. Oh for England's green and pleasant land... Art by Christianne Benedict.

So, this was a challenge for me. I had a hard time coloring this from grayscale since it was my first time doing so but I'm not mad at how it turned out haha ✨

Meet 𝘎𝘳𝘰𝘮𝘪𝘢 𝘚𝘱𝘩𝘢𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘢, or Bahamian Gromia. It's a grape sized, (1.2 inch) single celled collusus of a protist that spends its days glacially slowly rolling across the ocean floor.

This gentle giant scoops up nutrients and other, smaller microbes by sending out pseudopods that also reach out in front of it and drag it along the seabed. They leave long trails behind them, and some fossilized remains of these trails go back nearly 1.2 billion years!

From the 1879 GM's Guide (, the geealong, a beast of burden somewhat brighter than the garnickey (that's not hard) but more cantankerous. Using one of these to plow your field might or might not work out well. Art by Christianne Benedict.

updating this post just to let people know that not only am i still way way open for commissions, but i've also greatly improved as an artist, so.....

From the 1879 GM's Guide (, the garnickey, a saurian beast of burden so incredibly stupid handlers carry cattle prods just to get its attention. Once set in motion, they're relentlessly powerful, but getting them to stop or change direction can be a chore.

HOOKAY big thread time:
It's been one week since I announced #TalesFromTheFediverse, and in that week, I've pretty much come to terms with what I've started. With that, I can finally post everything (I think) that I've officially come up with.
In addition to the submission guidelines below, I have a few things that I forgot to mention:

When you submit, don't forget to submit an About The Author blurb about yourself!

If I make more issues, they'll come out quarterly (every three months)...

I'm experimenting with lighting suggestions from Framed Ink. This is all the same drawing of Pierre's face, but I've obliterated different parts of the drawing to see how it changes the feel of each composition
