Grew up around TTRPG and board gaming with an older brother, and then fell back in love around the time TableTop came out on G&S. Currently own around 100 modern board games. Because 5 Gold and a Party happened I now also own way more Critical Role and D&D 5e merch than is likely reasonable.
I also enjoy knitting, crochet, sci-fi and fantasy media, and various other geekery.
Was pondering a paperless, diceless TTRPG system after randomly RPing in the Gen Con wrist strap line earlier this year. So far I’ve come up with this: player guesses a number set by GM. Success is being within 3 of the number. Difficulty is set by GM.

Found time to bake those infamous #CriticalRole cookies from the book announcement. Pretty good! I think I will stick with my favorite spice cookie for more oomph, though.

#Miniatures and #DnD figurine painters - advice?
I just got my second set of the fancy 3d dragons from #FlameCraft in and I am now very nervous to actually try and paint them.
I'm guessing my standard mini paint-on white primer from Vallejo will work well enough? Humidity is always too unreliable to use spray outdoors, in my area.
Health and Caffeine
When I got off of caffeine no one warned me that should I dare to have a single cup again, it would wreck me. I have not had a head ache like this in years.
Apparently I’m team 99.5% decaf for life. The magical bean juice is now my mortal enemy.

Bank of America downgrades Hasbro's stock from "buy" to "underperform". We have reached out for comment on our games too, have yet to hear back.
Played Star Wars: Outer Rim on Sunday and I haven't quite decided if it's done enough to improve on the randomness that pushed Firefly out of my collection.
